Motivate yourself with a treat. We all have lots of commitments and things to get done every week. But it does not have to be a chore. If you have something to work towards, it always feels better. Reward yourself with a special treat. It can be anything… For example, a new laptop for completing a large work project. A new dress for reaching a target goal weight. A relaxing massage to destress yourself. The effort you put in to achieve this will make it feel even more enjoyable when you have your treat!
 
 
 

3) Revamp your To-Do List

Take your To-Do List and make sure that you are very critical and place the hard tasks at the top. This is a great way to motivate yourself. 4) Sleep more

 
Always we here about how we should make sure we have at least 7 hours sleep and if possible 8. But do we do this often enough? Make a point of going to bed earlier. Take a book with you and read a few pages before you drift off to sleep. Not only will you have a good night´s sleep, but will wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. 5) Concentrate on one thing at a time

 

In our busy worlds, it is very easy to start feeling like a juggler. Managing and rotating the balls of family, friends, work and so on. Whatever you do each day, make sure you focus on one thing at a time. If you follow this easy tip, you are less stressed.
